My name is Braulio Franco, and I’m proud to introduce myself as the owner and landlord behind our growing selection of rental properties across Rhode Island. This venture is more than just a business — it’s a meaningful chapter in my life and a commitment I’ve made to my family and community.

After spending years living in different parts of the country during my time in the military, I’ve returned to the place that will always be home: Rhode Island. I’m a proud husband of over 20 years and the father of a wonderful daughter who is now attending college at URI. Everything I do — including managing these homes — is rooted in my values of responsibility, respect, and care for others.

My mission is to provide safe, clean, and welcoming homes where individuals and families can thrive. I take pride in maintaining and upgrading my properties to ensure each space feels comfortable and well cared for. I value clear communication, fairness, and building long-lasting relationships with tenants.
